Note: These Terms apply to every purchase and service provided by RaquertyQuill, whether the sale is made directly or through Grasshopper Coins. By opening a ticket, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Buying-specific and selling-specific terms are covered separately in the Buy Policy and Sell Policy.

Respect for All Users

You are required to exhibit respect towards all RaquertyQuill and Grasshopper Coins users, regardless of your personal opinions towards them. You must treat others with respect and kindness and refrain from any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

Prohibition of Threats

Direct or indirect threats, including those of DDoS, death, abuse, doxxing, or any other malicious actions, are strictly forbidden. This encompasses both jokes and false threats.

Prohibited Content

We strictly disallow the posting or distribution of any pornographic, adult, or other NSFW material through our services or communities. Gore or any other extremely violent or disturbing content is also expressly prohibited.

Unsolicited Messages

You may not send unsolicited messages to other users without their explicit consent. Unsolicited messages include but are not limited to promotional content, marketing material, or any form of communication that has not been expressly requested by the recipient.

Malicious Software

You must not engage in any activity related to the sale or distribution of malware, viruses, spyware, or any malicious software that can compromise the functionality of users' devices and data.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to enter into binding agreements to purchase from or use our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of any coins, accounts, or services complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of any relevant game or platform.

Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are accepted through the methods offered at the time of your purchase. All prices are subject to change at any time, and a transaction is considered final once it has been confirmed on the relevant payment network, except where a verified error is found.

You are responsible for any network or processing fees associated with your payment.

Assumption of Risk

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RaquertyQuill and Grasshopper Coins do not own or operate the games or platforms on which coins, accounts, or items are used, and cannot guarantee that those platforms will recognize, allow, or continue to support any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Warning: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal after a product or service has been delivered is considered fraud, and will result in a permanent ban from all RaquertyQuill and Grasshopper Coins services along with any other remedies available to us.

Important: Violation of these terms may result in the revocation of your access to services provided by RaquertyQuill and Grasshopper Coins or products associated with it, including but not limited to our Discord servers, any virtual items, or any accounts associated with your violation. We also reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such modifications.

By creating a ticket or completing a purchase with RaquertyQuill or Grasshopper Coins, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
